How fast do you ship and what method?
We ship USPS First Class Mail (approx. 2-5 business days, including Saturdays and excluding holidays), or UPS Ground (approx. 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays). We typically ship all orders and email you delivery tracking within 24-48 hours of you placing your order. If there are any delays we will notify you. Due to the nature of our products we cannot ship internationally.
We highly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance through Route at the Checkout page. Lost or stolen packages without insurance are not covered.
What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. In the event of receipt of damaged or defective items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email to email@example.com and we will gladly exchange the item for an identical, if stock permits. If for any reason the merchandise is not available, we will offer a product of similar or better quality or issue a store credit for the full amount of the purchase. Returned item must be unused and all packaging included or it will be returned to sender and customer will be responsible for returns shipping charges.
In the case of defective items or wrong items shipped, etc., any merchandise returned to us must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number. This number will be furnished to you at the time the return is authorized and must be on the address label or prominently marked on the box. ANY MERCHANDISE RETURNED TO US WITHOUT AN RMA# WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE SHIPPER AT THEIR EXPENSE.
